Dental Treatment Terms & Conditions
The following outlines the terms and conditions of clinical services provided at Aesira Dental. By booking an appointment or receiving treatment at our clinic, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
- Punctuality: Patients are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes before their appointment time to complete registration.
- Lateness: If you are more than 15 minutes late, the clinic reserves the right to reschedule your session to avoid disrupting other patients’ time.
- Cancellation: Any cancellation or rescheduling must be notified to the clinic at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
2. Informed Consent
- Procedure Explanation: Before any clinical procedure is carried out, our dentists will explain the diagnosis, treatment options, risks, and estimated costs involved.
- Written Consent: For complex procedures (such as minor surgery, root canal treatment, or braces), patients or legal guardians (for individuals under 18) are required to sign a treatment consent form.
3. Cost Estimate & Payment Policy
- Quotation: Cost estimates provided during consultation are subject to change based on clinical needs identified during the actual treatment.
- Payment Methods: All payments must be settled immediately after treatment is completed on the same day. We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Card, DuitNow QR, and Online Bank Transfer.
- Refund Policy: No refunds will be given for clinical services that have been completed. If there is an issue with treatment received (such as a dislodged filling), patients should contact the clinic within the stipulated period for a complimentary review session.
4. Treatment Guarantee
- All restorative and prosthetic treatments meet high quality standards. However, the long-term success of treatment depends significantly on the patient’s personal oral hygiene, lifestyle, and diet.
- The clinic is not responsible for procedure damage resulting from patient negligence (e.g. biting excessively hard food after veneer/crown treatment).
5. Refusal of Service
- Aesira Dental reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if a patient displays behaviour that threatens the safety of our staff, refuses to comply with medical advice, or has an uncontrolled systemic health condition that could endanger the dental procedure.
